Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds/exchanges on items opened or worn. We must be notified of any faulty or damaged items within 7 days. In the unusual case if you receive a damaged or incorrect item we will refund you.

Prior to making any returns, first contact miracleminklashes@gmail.com. For your refund to be accepted you must provide us with photo evidence/details. If you are approved, we will inspect your return and process your refund within 10 days. We'll send you an email as soon as we've processed your refund.
